Companies can choose a podcasting package according to their hiring needs. Types of podcasts include discussing one job, a set of jobs (i.e. in a certain department) or “Day in the Life” jobcasts where we talk to an employee about their job and what they think of the company. Each podcast stays on Jobsinpods.com for 1 year. The MP3 file is yours to keep forever.

Average length of each podcast is 7-10 minutes.

TIP: Consider doing 1 podcast per month as a ’series’. That will keep interested candidates coming back regularly to hear what you have to say. 12 podcasts cost just $3,948.
