Designed for students with significant coursework in business, this fast-track program develops future supervisors within one of GEICO’s major business operations: Sales, Service, Claims or Auto Damage. SLP associates attend in-house training, receive on-the-job experience, work to achieve top results, and attend supervisor preparation classes. Upon completion, graduates will be ready to apply for a team supervisor position within GEICO. Bill Cronic, Manager of Staff Development is our guest.
