Why don’t we start by having both of you tell us a little about yourselves and what you are currently doing?

Kathy; how did you start your career at ADP?

Uman, can you tell me how you got to be where you are at ADP?

Uman, You mention starting at ADP right after college, what type of training did the company provide and how did that training change as you progressed in your career?

Kathy, tell me, why did you choose to work at ADP?

Uman, you have had a long career with ADP. What qualities do you think are needed to be a successful sales associate at ADP?

Kathy, you mentioned President’s Club earlier, Can you tell me a little more about the incentives available to Associates?

I think we have time for one more quick question, so Kathy tell me something people would be surprised to know about ADP?

“Most folks perceive ADP as a payroll company, I mean we do pay one in every six private employees throughout the US! However we have grown to be much more, we are a Human Capital Management LEADER and what that means is that our opportunity to partner with organizations is very wide and extremely deep and this should be very exciting for any salesperson who is looking not for not just a job but for a CAREER!” - Kathy Gillen
