This jobcast features GEICO’s Supervisor Leadership Program – a program designed for soon-to-be and recent college grads. Designed for students with significant coursework in business, this fast-track program develops future supervisors within one of GEICO’s major business operations: Sales, Service, Claims or Auto Damage. SLP associates attend in-house training, receive on-the-job experience, work to achieve top results, and attend supervisor preparation classes.
